Description

  • Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads and schedule calls between site owners and Account Managers.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual appointment-setting and closing targets.
  • Monitor origination-waterfall activity to maintain a healthy, stable sales pipeline.
  • Build rapport with real estate property owners as an initial point of contact.
  • Provide user-experience input on data-mining, CRM, and marketing processes.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design that support Unison's market position.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call-center sales environment.
  • Some college education or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with finance concepts including IRR and NPV.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Strong rapport-building, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative approach and high ethical and professional standards.
  • Familiarity with the real estate closing process (preferred).
  • Origination experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables (preferred).
