Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from paid advertising and make first contact while intent is high.
  • Conduct confirmation and qualification calls for booked appointments to improve show rates and validate fit.
  • Own sales calls from discovery and objection handling through commitment, payment collection, and close.
  • Drive one-call closes when appropriate and recover no-shows, unclosed prospects, and older opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent phone, text, and email follow-up until opportunities are won or lost.
  • Keep lead statuses, notes, tasks, and pipeline activity current in GoHighLevel.
  • Review call recordings, deepen offer knowledge, and improve objection handling and close rates.
  • Identify and sell eligible upsell opportunities, including websites, SEO, and related marketing services.
  • Build production toward an initial target of 10 new clients per month as lead volume scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket services or B2B offers; this is not an entry-level role.
  • Strong objection-handling ability and confidence asking for payment on the sales call.
  • Ability to own both lead setting and closing without relying on a separate SDR or setter.
  • Excellent, credible phone presence with a direct and persuasive communication style.
  • High urgency and disciplined follow-up, including responsiveness to evening and weekend leads when reasonably available.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM; GoHighLevel-specific experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with strong accountability and integrity in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing, agencies, roofing, home services, contracting, or local-service businesses is preferred.
  • U.S.-based candidates are preferred; West Coast coverage is strongly advantageous.

Benefits

  • Commission-only 1099 compensation with uncapped earning potential and no base salary.
  • 12% commission on initial sales collected, increasing to 15% upon meeting the monthly KPI targeted at five closes.
  • Recurring residual commissions on personally acquired active clients: 10% in Year 1, 5% in Year 2, and 2.5% in Year 3.
  • 10% commission on eligible upsells and additional services sold and collected.
  • Target monthly earnings of $8,000–$10,000, with potential upside toward $10,000–$12,000 for strong performers.
  • Fully remote work with flexible day-to-day scheduling around core sales-call availability.
  • Opportunity for increased lead volume and earning potential as the company reinvests in advertising based on performance.
