Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Program Increments, ensuring quarterly objectives are planned, executed, and delivered on time.
Coordinate two backend teams and align them with frontend and infrastructure partners.
Translate product vision into actionable multi-year roadmaps and integrated sprint-based plans.
Drive technical, architectural, and business alignment across development, infrastructure, and applications teams.
Define, track, and report KPIs with data-driven updates for stakeholders and executives.
Provide sprint-level insights and executive reporting, including SteerCo and top management updates.
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across multiple regions and facilitate meetings.
Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage progress, scope, and blockers to keep delivery on track.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing software development projects in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
Proven success delivering projects in complex, international environments.
Experience with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
Strong skills in reporting, visualizing, and communicating delivery progress.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent English.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work without daily supervision.
Experience with backend systems in mobility, automotive, or IoT is a plus.
Experience leading delivery in a multi-country distributed environment is a plus.
Understanding of system architecture sufficient to follow technical discussions is a plus.
