Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for marketing campaigns from briefing and creative development through final delivery.
  • Develop project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
  • Coordinate across creative, design, production, account management, and global teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Define project scope and ensure deliverables align with client briefs and business objectives.
  • Track priorities, timelines, and deliverables while flagging risks or missing components that could affect launch dates.
  • Review deliverables for quality and brand guideline compliance.
  • Partner with account management and finance on scoping and budget needs.
  • Monitor project hour burn reports and work with operations on resource allocation.
  • Establish and improve processes to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead issue escalation and mitigation planning, and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and meetings.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and print assets.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, or Asana.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gemini, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with paid, owned, and earned media plans is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
