Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization.
  • Define and manage scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Maintain the integrated master plan and critical path.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across client, IBM, and vendors to remove blockers and align on outcomes.
  • Apply SAP Activate practices, run phase gates, and perform quality checks.
  • Oversee integration, data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
  • Drive organizational change management and support user adoption and business readiness.
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions using RAID processes.
  • Manage budget, forecasts, vendor statements of work, and change control compliance.
  • Prepare executive-ready communications such as steering committee decks, status reports, and readouts.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership of at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
  • Demonstrated use of SAP Activate across Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases, including quality gates and readiness criteria.
  • Strong governance experience across scope, schedule, budget, and benefits.
  • Expertise in RAID management and change control.
  • Experience overseeing integration, data migration, testing, training, and cutover at the program level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across public sector, business, and IT groups.
  • Clear executive communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • OCM leadership and end-user enablement at enterprise scale is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PM tooling such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM is preferred.
  • Experience with public-sector security, compliance, and deployment standards is required.
