Description

Lead end-to-end project management from ideation through execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Develop and maintain creative project timelines, goals, and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with channel managers to define the creative analysis process and maintain KPI adherence.
Work with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic objectives.
Implement project tracking and reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
Manage communication and relationships with external vendors while maintaining a healthy vendor roster.
Oversee creative resource allocation and act as a gatekeeper for project inputs and approvals.
Maintain project documentation and file organization.
Coordinate with global teams across different time zones when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of project management and related experience.
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines while coordinating creative assets across multiple channels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on error-free, platform-optimized creative.
Experience using project management tools such as Airtable for task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.
Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools is preferred.
Digital advertising expertise, especially with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, is an advantage.
