Description

Lead end-to-end creative project management from ideation through execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Develop and maintain project timelines, goals, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate acquisition ads, CRM initiatives, and product launch projects.
Work with channel managers to define creative analysis processes and KPI adherence.
Collaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align work with strategic goals.
Implement project tracking and reporting to improve team efficiency.
Manage external vendors and maintain clear communication with them.
Manage creative resources efficiently and act as a gatekeeper for project intake and priorities.
Maintain project documentation and organized file management.
Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of project management or related experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple creative campaigns to deadlines and KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines while coordinating creative assets across multiple channels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
Experience with project management tools such as Airtable.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools is preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
Digital advertising expertise with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is an advantage.
