Description

Run creative and production processes and drive projects from brief to final delivery.
Lead multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different accounts and time zones.
Manage team members and coordinate deliverables ranging from email marketing to website content.
Receive new briefs, clarify unclear inputs, and turn them into well-prepared project briefs.
Own project scoping, costing, planning, milestone setting, and timeplan development.
Identify stakeholders, build communication plans, and run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
Coordinate delivery across project participants, partners, creative teams, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor scope, budget, resource allocation, timelines, utilization, and team output throughout delivery.
Manage change control, risk registers, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Maintain project documentation, ensure system compliance, and close projects to required standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Experience leading integrated projects across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience with project scoping, costing, planning, risk management, and quality control.
Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
Experienced user of project management tools.
Familiarity with document sharing platforms such as SharePoint and Dropbox.
Relevant degree.
Fluency in English and German is non-negotiable.
Preferred experience in agency, communication, or production environments.
Preferred experience working with global FMCG brands, in multi-market settings, and in international multicultural environments.
Basic understanding and genuine interest in AI technologies is an advantage.
