Description

  • Lead the GTM Engineering function and drive AI adoption across go-to-market teams.
  • Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouse systems.
  • Design governed data flows with field mapping and data contracts.
  • Build inbound lead scoring, routing, response, outbound prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion-tracking workflows.
  • Translate ambiguous seller, marketer, and customer success needs into production-ready systems.
  • Design agentic workflows for enrichment, personalization, scoring, and rep productivity.
  • Run structured experiments and measure results against pipeline, conversion, and efficiency metrics.
  • Report on system performance using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Guide BDRs toward a GTM engineering model and teach workflow design and Clay proficiency.
  • Establish safeguards for deliverability, data quality, compliance, cost, performance, documentation, and testing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations.
  • Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment or workflow platform.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance.
  • Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript to independently build and troubleshoot workflows.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or another BI tool.
  • Experience applying LLMs and agentic tooling to real revenue workflows.
  • Understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC and multi-touch attribution.
  • Strong knowledge of deliverability, data quality, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working systems.
  • Prior BDR or SDR experience preferred.
