Description

  • Review incoming deals for accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
  • Document, route, and track approvals for non-standard deals within defined timeframes.
  • Prepare documentation and coordinate approvals for contract amendments, including billing changes, term extensions, and product swaps.
  • Maintain Salesforce CPQ data integrity by identifying and correcting quote and contract discrepancies.
  • Enter and update deal data in Salesforce and related systems supporting organizational KPIs.
  • Monitor the internal Slack deal support channel and route requests appropriately.
  • Answer customer-facing teams’ transactional questions, including quote status and approval requirements.
  • Meet defined SLAs and service standards for timely bookings and issue resolution.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Deal Desk team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn sales operations processes.
  • Availability to work 8 hours Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, including interviews during those hours.
  • Access to and willingness to use a personal Apple Mac computer or laptop.
  • Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica; successful completion of a background check is required.
