Description

  • Lead the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline.
  • Act as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and advise stakeholders on implementation decisions and best practices.
  • Coordinate across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team.
  • Ensure the right internal stakeholders are engaged at each stage of the project.
  • Support testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading at least one full Dayforce implementation or migration from start to finish.
  • Strong project management experience in HRIS, payroll, or enterprise system implementations.
  • Ability to provide hands-on guidance and recommendations throughout the rollout.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, operations, payroll, and vendors.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned with Eastern Time business hours.
