Description

Lead the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline.
Act as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and advise stakeholders on implementation decisions and best practices.
Coordinate across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation team.
Ensure the right internal stakeholders are engaged at each stage of the project.
Support testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

Proven experience leading at least one full Dayforce implementation or migration from start to finish.
Strong project management experience in HRIS, payroll, or enterprise system implementations.
Ability to provide hands-on guidance and recommendations throughout the rollout.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, operations, payroll, and vendors.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned with Eastern Time business hours.
