Description

  • Build talent analytics processes, KPI definitions, targets, and weekly dashboards.
  • Automate talent reporting and provide leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Establish data quality standards, field definitions, naming conventions, and audit processes across talent systems.
  • Partner with system owners to resolve data and integration gaps at their source.
  • Collaborate with Finance on headcount tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and workforce analytics.
  • Identify workforce-plan variances and provide context for leadership action.
  • Manage employer-brand assets through creation, updates, and retirement.
  • Create candidate-facing materials, including department and company one-pagers and offer decks.
  • Measure candidate messaging and collateral effectiveness, with a goal of increasing offer acceptance by 20% or more.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent analytics, people analytics, recruiting operations, or business analytics, preferably in a high-growth company.
  • Strong experience with ATS and HRIS data and tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and BI dashboard development.
  • Experience defining data standards and driving adoption across an organization.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and forecasting.
  • Ability to create polished one-pagers and offer decks with strong visual design.
  • Interest in using AI and automation to reduce manual work.
  • High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, strong quality standards, and collaborative communication.
  • Philippine residency, availability for 12:00 AM–9:00 AM Tuesday through Saturday (PHT), and fully remote work capability.
  • Personal laptop or desktop, valid government ID, bank account, internet of at least 25 Mbps with backup connection, and stable electricity.
