Description

  • Manage vendors and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update independent contractor records and documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding activities and orientation sessions.
  • Support a service-oriented culture focused on engagement, quality, and service excellence.
  • Respond to contractor inquiries and address HR-related issues.
  • Assist with organizing training and development programs.
  • Support HR services, contract processing, retention efforts, and workplace safety and health policies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness to work permanently from home.
  • Primary setup requires at least an Intel Core i5 6th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-canceling headset, and clear camera.
  • Primary internet connection must provide at least 100 Mbps, with a backup connection of at least 20 Mbps.
  • A backup computer or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours is required.
