Description

  • Guide AEM authors on authoring best practices, workflows, content standards, and publishing processes.
  • Lead content production projects from intake and planning through execution, review, and release.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery across content, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
  • Translate content and authoring needs into clear engineering requirements and coordinate technical investigations or escalations.
  • Identify and improve inefficiencies between content authoring, marketing, and engineering workflows.
  • Monitor content quality, accessibility, site hygiene, and remediation work identified through Silktide and other auditing tools.
  • Manage Jira intake, ticket quality, prioritization, assignment, status tracking, and reporting across multiple request channels.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into team workload, capacity, competing priorities, and resource needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ year of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content, web production, content operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM authoring, governance, workflows, templates, components, or content models.
  • Experience managing web content production and publishing workflows with content, marketing, or web teams.
  • Experience coordinating work across content, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
  • Strong Jira experience, including intake, ticket management, prioritization, assignment, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, written, and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to distinguish content or process issues from those requiring engineering support or escalation.
  • Availability to overlap at least four hours with US PDT working hours.
  • Experience with Silktide or similar auditing tools, accessibility, SEO, Adobe Experience Cloud, enterprise AEM Sites, capacity planning, B2B websites, or Agile environments is preferred.
