Description

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring meetings across US and EMEA time zones.
  • Manage candidate communications and deliver a professional experience from application through offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and workflow data in the ATS.
  • Support offer approvals, documentation, onboarding activities, and recruitment compliance processes.
  • Produce recruitment dashboards, track hiring activity, identify trends, and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruitment operations and ATS guidance.
  • Partner with HR, People Operations, Legal, Finance, IT, and hiring managers on hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and practices in compliance with GDPR and applicable employment legislation.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and contribute to recruitment policies, process improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects.
  • Support employer branding activities, including careers pages, LinkedIn promotion, employee referrals, and recruitment marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, talent acquisition support, agency operations, or HR administration with recruitment exposure.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems or ATS platforms.
  • Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work across US and EMEA time zones with international teams.
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Preferred: Experience in agency-to-in-house transition, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technology environments, and international recruitment process improvement.
