Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through candidate placement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, databases, and other platforms.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
  • Maintain candidate communication, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and recruitment updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage multiple vacancies, prioritize recruitment activities, and develop candidate pipelines.
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Healthcare industry recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and recruitment databases.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment software such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a remote environment.
