Description

  • Manage high-volume phone, Google Meet, and onsite interview scheduling and conference room calendars.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the interview process, from application through completion.
  • Provide candidates with timely, friendly updates and support a positive interview experience.
  • Post and update job openings in Lever, Ro’s applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate onsite interview logistics, including candidate travel, arrivals, and conference room setup.
  • Support ad hoc Talent Team projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience managing heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams.
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and balance multiple priorities.
  • Process-driven, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, show initiative, and operate with urgency.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Empathy and demonstrated commitment to creating a strong candidate experience.
  • Google Suite experience preferred.
  • Experience with Lever or another applicant tracking system preferred.

Benefits

  • Temporary six-month position with potential for extension.
  • Hourly compensation of $30–$35 on a W-2 basis.
  • Flexibility to work anywhere in the United States.
  • Tri-state employees collaborate in person at headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Employees outside the tri-state area can participate in periodic in-person team events and offsites.
