Description

  • Make 400+ outbound dials per day using a power dialer system.
  • Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission and prioritize speed-to-lead.
  • Work through older uncontacted leads after handling fresh leads.
  • Book qualified appointments for med spa and aesthetics clients.
  • Confirm appointments by text and call to reduce no-show rates.
  • Manage leads for up to 3 clients simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Follow structured call scripts while keeping a warm, natural tone.
  • Track and report daily KPIs such as dials, contacts, and appointments booked.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling.
  • Neutral American or Canadian accent required.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar power dialer/CRM systems.
  • Comfortable making 400+ dials per day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal familiarity with med spa or aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers.
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to show up on time for every shift.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office.
  • Must provide your own laptop.
  • Available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Willing to cover weekend shifts of about 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in medical, health, or beauty industries is preferred.
  • Experience with appointment-setting metrics and KPI tracking is preferred.
  • Previous experience with marketing agencies or lead generation companies is preferred.

Benefits

  • Guaranteed floor of $3,000/month as long as a minimum lead-contact threshold is met.
  • Commission of $50 per booked appointment.
  • Remote work for US-based or LATAM candidates aligned to EST/CST.
  • Independent contractor (1099) arrangement.
  • Multiple openings available.
