Description

  • Represent Too Lost and build relationships with independent artists, labels, and other prospective clients.
  • Scout and identify high-value artists, labels, and catalogs through market research and outreach.
  • Pitch Too Lost’s product suite to key decision-makers and educate clients during onboarding.
  • Review digital assets, verify rights ownership splits, and ensure tracks meet ingestion requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to move clients into higher-tier services.
  • Advise on priority tracks and catalog opportunities to improve mutual revenue outcomes.
  • Coordinate between artists and onboarding teams to resolve upload and delivery errors.
  • Resolve double-claiming and takedown issues during the delivery process.
  • Perform post-ingestion quality control across DSPs such as Spotify and Apple Music, including profile mapping and play-count preservation.

Requirements

  • Previous A&R experience and an established network in the target market.
  • Fluency in English and relevant local languages.
  • Proven success building client pipelines through cold outreach and market research.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows, meet deadlines, and achieve KPI targets.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
  • Comfort working with digital music assets, including audio files, artwork, and metadata.
