Description

  • Research prospective healthcare customers and develop industry knowledge.
  • Create strategic outreach plans with the Vice President of Sales.
  • Contact prospects by phone and email to schedule meetings and conference calls.
  • Identify and target ED Medical Directors, CMOs, and other healthcare executives.
  • Communicate with prospective customers using creative outreach methods.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly appointment-setting goals.
  • Prepare market research and background materials for sales meetings.
  • Manage post-meeting follow-up and assist with the new-customer sales process.
  • Maintain internal databases tracking sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Own calendaring, logistics, administrative tasks, and special projects for the Vice President of Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Sales or fundraising experience.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by email and phone.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to overcome challenges or obstacles in the moment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
