Description

  • Build and manage an independent LATAM sales pipeline.
  • Identify and prospect brands, retailers, agencies, media companies, and strategic partners.
  • Generate conversations through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and identify customer needs and commercial opportunities.
  • Build relationships with eCommerce, Marketing, Media, Digital, Innovation, and Revenue stakeholders.
  • Translate Terrific’s technology into clear business value and develop proposals, pilots, and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Provide LATAM market insights and help establish repeatable regional go-to-market practices.

Requirements

  • Based in Latin America and able to work remotely with an international team.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English; English is the primary business language.
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or another revenue-generating commercial role.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Experience working with brands, retailers, agencies, eCommerce, media, technology, or related businesses.
  • Deep experience in at least one of eCommerce, Marketing, or Media, with working fluency across the other two pillars.
  • Strong discovery, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, follow-through, and sales ownership skills.
  • Understanding of the LATAM business landscape and commercial relationship-building practices.
  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, retail technology, or digital commerce is preferred; interest in AI, creators, content, and social commerce is advantageous.
