Description

  • Lead engaging online group coaching sessions for youth ages 4-16.
  • Deliver educational activities and games that support social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Build positive relationships with participants and foster an inclusive virtual environment.
  • Encourage active participation and facilitate group discussions.
  • Monitor and assess individual and group progress during sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Coaching certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working with youth in a group setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during tapouts peak hours, including weekends from 6am-8pm PT.
  • Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Remote, 100% online part-time independent 1099 contractor role.
  • Must be based in the United States.
