Description

  • Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust repair, and personal accountability.
  • Guide clients through emotionally charged situations using clear structure and proven coaching frameworks.
  • Help clients move from crisis and confusion toward stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change.
  • Track client progress across complex journeys and identify risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments.
  • Proactively intervene when clients struggle with consistency, emotional setbacks, or decision paralysis.
  • Contribute insights to improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes.
  • Hold space for difficult conversations while providing direct and compassionate guidance.
  • Translate complex emotional dynamics into clear, actionable next steps for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation.
  • Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is required.
  • Comfort working with clients in high emotional distress while balancing empathy with firmness.
  • Ability to challenge avoidance patterns and maintain authority in difficult conversations.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex emotional dynamics in a grounded, practical way.
  • Confidence facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW are a strong plus.
