Description

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing Smartsheet accounts and selling additional solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Land new enterprise customers and expand relationships across the full Smartsheet product and services suite.
  • Own pipeline generation and end-to-end sales cycle management for enterprises with 5,000+ employees using MEDDICC.
  • Use multithreading, lead outreach, and channel partners to build traction in new and existing accounts.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer needs and map them to Smartsheet solutions.
  • Respond to customer requirements, including RFPs, and help define collaboration goals, success criteria, and program strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Consulting on complex deals.
  • Maintain accurate account and qualification records in Salesforce.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow Smartsheet’s footprint across enterprise business units.
  • Forecast pipeline and manage activity to exceed quarterly quota.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in a complex enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience prospecting and managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
  • Experience in strategic account relationship management.
  • Executive presence and ability to engage senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Understanding of consultative selling and the ability to advance each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Value- and ROI-driven sales approach focused on customer outcomes.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and ability to understand new technical concepts.
  • Ability to continuously improve and adopt best practices in a hybrid workplace.
  • Experience with MEDDICC and Salesforce (preferred, based on role responsibilities).
  • Experience selling to large enterprise accounts and leading complex enterprise sales cycles.
