Description

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including configuration, workflows, automations, permission sets, and custom objects.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by defining data quality standards, running audits, and resolving data issues.
  • Partner with the Revenue Systems Engineer on technical architecture, builds, and automations.
  • Champion adoption of AI tools and integrate them into Revenue team workflows for efficiency.
  • Configure and manage AI-powered workflows, agents, and prospecting tools such as Clay.
  • Own administration, integration, user management, and optimization for Customer Success and other revenue tools such as Vitally, Salesloft, and DocuSign.
  • Manage cross-platform integrations and data syncs between systems like Salesforce, Vitally, and Clay.
  • Lead onboarding and training for administered tools, including new-hire and refresher training.
  • Translate Sales and Customer Success business needs into technical tool configurations.
  • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into pipeline health, account status, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting 100+ users in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Experience owning Salesforce configuration end-to-end, including objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience using modern large language model tools such as Claude to improve productivity, research, and communication.
  • Ability to write and execute SOQL queries across standard and custom objects, including relationship queries, aggregate functions, and complex filters.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce governor limits and tools such as Developer Console or Workbench.
  • Strong understanding of revenue systems data architecture and data quality best practices.
  • Basic understanding of backend system architecture and database query language to trace data flows and investigate integration bugs; experience with Tableau or Redshift is a plus.
  • Experience administering at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce, such as Salesloft, DocuSign, or Clay.
  • Ability to work independently and own platforms without significant oversight.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain Apex-based automations preferred.
  • Experience with CS platforms such as Vitally, Totango, Gainsight, or comparable tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with RevOps workflows such as pipeline management, contract lifecycle, client onboarding, and account segmentation preferred.
  • Experience partnering with a software engineer on technical projects preferred.
