Description

Manage and enhance the data warehouse environment, including DDS/CDM layers.
Develop BI assets such as dashboards and other reporting solutions in Power BI.
Control data quality and resolve issues affecting DWH key entities.
Fix and restore data for key data warehouse entities as needed.
Support integration of data sources into the warehouse and reporting stack.
Act as a strategic partner to business units including Sales, Risk, Data Science, and Operations.
Mentor junior analysts and support their development.
Document BI standards and contribute to data governance practices.
Oversee task delivery through Jira and maintain data monitoring tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, or Computer Science; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in banking or fintech.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Grafana.
Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture.
Knowledge of banking platforms, including ABS.
Experience with CRM systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and Russian.
Detail-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (nice to have).
Experience with real-time data monitoring and risk analytics (nice to have).
