Description

  • Analyze, design, and support enterprise data solutions using Snowflake and advanced SQL.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, dynamic SQL, joins, and subqueries.
  • Design and optimize Snowflake Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, and RBAC configurations.
  • Perform data profiling, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and data quality analysis.
  • Support data architecture, warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and Star/Snowflake schemas.
  • Maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, metadata, and integration patterns.
  • Prepare and standardize data for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Analyze and validate claims, membership, provider, and health plan data.
  • Develop test plans and perform reconciliation, source-to-target validation, and data quality testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues, support governance initiatives, and communicate actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of database experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
  • Expert-level SQL skills, including complex queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, reconciliation, and data profiling.
  • Experience with Snowflake Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, RBAC, governance, and security.
  • Experience with enterprise data architecture, data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and Star/Snowflake schemas.
  • Knowledge of source-to-target mapping, data lineage, metadata management, data catalogs, and MDM.
  • Experience preparing and standardizing data for AI and advanced analytics.
  • Strong healthcare data experience across claims, membership, provider, and health plan domains.
  • Experience with data quality testing, automated testing, monitoring, scorecards, and validation.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and HIPAA, with strong business analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
