Description

  • Oversee data quality and operational support for position, transaction, and computed data across major systems.
  • Drive process improvements and foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
  • Work with Data Referential and Governance teams to maintain data integrity across liquid, derivative, and alternative investment assets.
  • Analyze and resolve complex end-user requests beyond standard operating procedures.
  • Understand and assess data inflows, outflows, technical architecture, and business transformations.
  • Perform control checks, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation initiatives.
  • Liaise with portfolio management, middle office, risk, quantitative, compliance, financial control, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of finance experience, ideally in asset management, with significant operational experience in Data, IT, front office, middle office, or back office functions.
  • Thorough understanding of operational processes and the needs of major data users.
  • Hands-on experience with Aladdin or Adjuto.
  • Ability to independently analyze and solve complex operational requests.
  • Understanding of data flows, technical architecture, and business data transformations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience performing controls and investigating discrepancies.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks.
  • Highly rigorous, organized, and collaborative interpersonal style.
