Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
  • Introduce the company’s services and engage prospective clients in professional conversations.
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow approved call scripts and outreach processes while adapting to each prospect’s needs.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to maximize appointment-setting opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a call center environment.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Experience in the travel industry (advantageous).
  • Prior experience in appointment setting (advantageous).
