Description

  • Analyze business processes and risk management requirements to design solutions using ServiceNow IRM modules.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM components, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of IRM solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users and administrators of the ServiceNow IRM platform.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and ServiceNow IRM platform enhancements to improve solutions continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript for ServiceNow customization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Project management experience and ability to lead implementations.
  • ServiceNow IRM or related certifications are a plus.
