Description

  • Own technology advisory workstreams end to end, from problem structuring and analysis through recommendation and executive sign-off.
  • Assess and design enterprise and solution architectures, including current-state reviews, target-state blueprints, cloud roadmaps, and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Shape technology operating models, including team structures, governance, sourcing strategy, and alignment across architecture, security, and delivery.
  • Diagnose and improve SDLC and engineering practices through maturity assessments, delivery model design, quality engineering, and release management.
  • Advise clients on DevOps and platform engineering topics such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps, developer experience, and cloud cost discipline.
  • Build executive-ready storylines and presentations, facilitate workshops, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to firm growth by developing methods and assets, supporting proposals, publishing insights, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in technology consulting or advisory, ideally in Big4, strategy consulting, or a comparable in-house transformation role.
  • Experience delivering in at least one core area: architecture, operating model design, SDLC improvement, or DevOps/platform engineering.
  • Understanding of modern delivery practices, including agile at scale, product operating models, platform teams, CI/CD toolchains, and engineering best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate vendor claims, and defend recommendations with evidence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including structured writing, executive slides, and confident delivery to senior audiences.
  • Full professional fluency in Polish and English.
  • Working knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or C4 (preferred).
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP at the architecture level (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, cloud architect tracks, or SAFe/Scrum (preferred).
  • Sector experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare, including standards such as BIAN, ACCORD, or HL7 (preferred).
