Description

Lead SAP BASIS administration and infrastructure management.
Ensure system performance, availability, and security.
Guide and mentor SAP BASIS team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Create reports and status updates for stakeholders.
Support project planning and execution using PM methodologies.
Maintain documentation and compliance standards.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
7+ years of SAP BASIS administration experience.
7+ years of business/system analysis and solution architecture experience.
7+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules.
7+ years of experience with Sybase/ASE and Microsoft Office tools.
3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
Experience in large ERP programs and the public sector.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
Experience with Indigenous business participation (preferred).
Familiarity with Manitoba government processes (preferred).
Project management certifications such as PMI or TOGAF (preferred).
Experience leading remote teams (preferred).
