Description

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys.
  • Engage prospects, qualify their interest, and handle objections professionally.
  • Follow up consistently until prospects reach a clear decision.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate calendars.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified prospects to sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track prospect interactions, follow-ups, and appointment status.
  • Keep lead pipelines organized and up to date.
  • Complete a Spark Hire introductory video as part of the application process.

Requirements

  • Experience in appointment setting, sales, business development, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with attorneys and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience working with lawyers or legal professionals is preferred.
  • Marketing agency experience and native English fluency are preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary of $2,400–$2,500.
  • $25 bonus for each appointment that leads to a contract being sent.
  • $75 bonus for each client purchase.
  • $100 total bonus for each successful deal.
