Description

  • Manage daily projects for internal brand portals, websites, and brand operations.
  • Coordinate 400–500 brand portal updates annually, prioritizing, tracking, and delivering requests on schedule.
  • Partner with design and website development vendors to manage deliverables, revisions, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Oversee project workflows, budgets, resource needs, and vendor performance.
  • Support brand governance, approvals, and design consistency across internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and operational documentation.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, challenges, and recommendations to project owners and leadership.
  • Ensure work is delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in project management or operations.
  • 2+ years of brand management experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume projects, competing priorities, and complex workflows.
  • Experience managing internal websites, brand portals, or similar digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborating with design and development teams.
  • Vendor management experience, including deliverables, budgets, and revisions.
  • Ability to develop project plans, track milestones, and maintain operational processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across designers, developers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • English proficiency; authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship may be required.
  • Experience supporting large technology organizations or global marketing/brand operations teams (preferred).
  • Experience with end-to-end project delivery, brand governance, design systems, brand compliance, and high-volume website approval workflows (preferred).
