Description

Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution for compliance remediation projects.
Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and record management.
Prepare project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
Coordinate deployment activities for compliance vendor solutions, including logistics, meetings, and progress monitoring.
Support business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvement initiatives.
Research AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics.
Act as a liaison across Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other stakeholders to drive follow-ups and communication.
Maintain project governance and reporting to track progress and completion of deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
More than 3 years of experience in compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor coordination, project coordination, or a related role.
Fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort using Excel, Python, or similar tools for analysis and learning new systems.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across time zones.
Proactive, independent problem-solver able to manage urgent tasks when needed.
Background or strong interest in compliance systems (preferred).
Experience in crypto, fintech, or cross-border payments (preferred).
CAMS, CGSS, or Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS) certification, or exposure to blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic (preferred).
