Description

Scope and manage complex digital projects for technology brands, B2B companies, and startups.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, schedules, assets, communications, and resource allocation.
Lead projects strategically from kickoff through delivery while advocating for client and user needs.
Facilitate project discussions and presentations, including communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
Build trusted client relationships and serve as a problem-solving and ideation partner.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and client-side marketing teams.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks.
Prioritize work, manage rapid changes, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Identify efficiencies and challenges to improve future project processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience at a leading digital agency.
Experience managing project scopes, timelines, schedules, financials, and resourcing.
Proven experience managing complex digital projects with budgets of $500K+.
Strong communication, leadership, relationship management, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex digital projects clearly to varied audiences and group sizes.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to real-time changes, and prioritize effectively.
Understanding of web design, user experience, graphic design, motion graphics, and content creation.
Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a player-coach mindset.
Ability to work within Pacific Standard Time hours for team and client collaboration.
Must be located anywhere in the United States.
