Description

Resolve player questions and game-related issues while delivering high-quality customer service.
Investigate player issues using the ticketing system.
Respond to player inquiries through email and chat without phone support.
Collaborate with internal teams on project-related requests.
Provide player feedback to development teams as the voice of the product.

Requirements

Excellent written Korean skills, with C1-C2 fluency.
Business-level English proficiency for daily collaboration with global colleagues.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
Availability to work full-time, five days per week, including weekends and shifts.
Availability for shifts of 09:00-18:00, 17:00-02:00, or 01:00-10:00 KST.
Interest in video games.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
Pass Korean and English online written-language assessments.
