Description

Respond to customer requests accurately and promptly through Salesforce chat and email.
Identify customer needs and guide clients in using product features.
Execute website-related requests for live clients.
Investigate, test, and reproduce product issues and concerns.
Provide clients with frequent updates by email.
Escalate technical issues to the Product team.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with teammates.
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Assist with training junior Customer Support Specialists and support teammates.

Requirements

Experience as a Technical Customer Support Specialist or in a similar technical customer support role.
Understanding of website front-end and back-end systems.
Experience with help desk software, remote support tools, and online collaboration tools, including Salesforce, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Google Drive, ChatGPT, Coda, Canva, and Claude.
Understanding of CRM systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and resourcefulness skills.
Ability to educate clients on product features and guide them to effective solutions.
Patience handling complex cases involving live client websites.
Technical knowledge of CMS platforms, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and databases (preferred).
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
Current residency in the Philippines; willingness to work assigned graveyard shifts 5 days per week, 9 hours per day including a one-hour meal break; own computer, valid government ID, bank account, stable 100 Mbps internet plus backup connection, and reliable power supply.
