Description

  • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Install and configure hardware and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
  • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
  • Provide technical support for all IT-related matters and issues.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or managing a small team in an IT support environment.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Experience installing and configuring hardware and software applications.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain systems and applications.
  • Strong documentation skills for procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams on IT projects.
  • Willingness to stay current with technical knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work in Singapore on a 12-month contract.
