Description

  • Promote a company culture that supports top performance and high morale.
  • Coach and lead high-performing teams on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure internal processes are followed through quality control and KPI monitoring.
  • Train and support the operations planning process so team members are equipped to perform.
  • Plan and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, customer focus, and revenue volume.
  • Create and monitor team projects while supporting the CEO and executive team’s vision.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across all business functions.
  • Oversee department performance using planning and analysis tools.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager.
  • US healthcare experience is required.
  • Medical experience is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and oral.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and GSuite.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail and flawless execution.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Computer with Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • USB-type noise-cancelling headset and a camera with clear video output.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 100 mb/s contracted DSL/fiber.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 20 mb/s (cell).
  • Backup power supply/UPS capable of running the workstation for at least 3 hours; 240Wh or higher recommended.
