Description

  • Serve as the client’s internal advocate across accounts and production teams.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track tasks and deliverables on a monthly basis for assigned accounts.
  • Work with production teams to ensure work is completed on time and on brief.
  • Review editorial, design, and video deliverables before client review and provide feedback when needed.
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins.
  • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and understand production processes.
  • Use proprietary software and industry tools to manage work and communication.
  • Work standard hours at a computer while balancing client communication, internal communication, delivery review, and product planning.

Requirements

  • 100% remote work eligibility for candidates across the EU.
  • English-German bilingual fluency.
  • Temporary full-time contract from October through April.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, remain calm under pressure, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
