Description

  • Coordinate project intake, scheduling, prioritization, and delivery across Sales, Project Management, Resource Management, customers, and technical teams.
  • Manage demand, resource forecasting, capacity planning, workload balancing, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate Data Migration go-live readiness and execution activities.
  • Monitor project portfolios, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation and escalation when needed.
  • Maintain project requests, schedules, dashboards, metrics, templates, and documentation.
  • Lead post-project reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, copilots, and automation for scheduling, reporting, capacity planning, and decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Manage competing priorities while aligning delivery with customer and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing schedules, delivery commitments, stakeholder communications, and competing priorities in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management, and operational metrics.
  • Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, ETL processes, data integration, and systems design.
  • Experience with JIRA, Kimble, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, production, or customer delivery environments.
  • Experience using Generative AI, copilots, intelligent automation, or agent-based solutions.
  • Understanding of workflow automation, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: healthcare technology or PointClickCare domain experience; familiarity with Microsoft, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, or similar platforms; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
