Description

  • Own senior client relationships and advise CDOs, CTOs, and executive teams.
  • Develop data strategies aligned with business priorities, value opportunities, capabilities, technology, operating models, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead complex data transformations spanning platform modernization, governance, data quality, data products, analytics, and AI.
  • Structure ambiguous challenges, define workplans, manage workstreams, and focus teams on priority issues.
  • Create executive-level narratives and translate analysis into practical recommendations and decisions.
  • Connect commercial and technical considerations, including architecture, feasibility, delivery risk, and execution requirements.
  • Link data initiatives to value creation through opportunity sizing, business cases, investment analysis, benefits, trade-offs, and dependencies.
  • Challenge assumptions and determine when specialist expertise is needed across engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, AI, and transformation.
  • Drive engagements from analysis to prioritized actions, accountable delivery plans, and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience comparable to a high-performing consulting Director, Associate Director, or Senior Consultant leading complex data engagements and senior client relationships.
  • Consulting experience from a leading strategy, digital, data, or transformation consultancy, or equivalent high-stakes advisory or transformation experience.
  • Deep expertise in data strategy and transformation, including modern data platforms, architecture, governance, quality, data products, analytics, or AI enablement.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business and data problems, develop hypotheses, lead rigorous analysis, manage teams, and communicate executive-level conclusions.
  • Credibility with CDOs, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, and leaders in data, technology, product, and transformation.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business cases, benefits quantification, investment analysis, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Experience leading complex data programs or transformations with sufficient technical depth to challenge architecture, platform, governance, operating-model, and delivery decisions.
  • Hands-on leadership style combining executive presence with close involvement in analysis, strategy, and storytelling.
  • Practical, action-oriented approach aligned with service, curiosity, credibility, commitment, and creativity.
