Description

  • Oversee project portfolios and monitor alignment, performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide portfolio updates to senior management.
  • Enforce PMO governance standards, project reviews, quality controls, risk management, and issue escalation.
  • Support the design, implementation, adoption, and improvement of ServiceNow SPM workflows, dashboards, reporting, governance, and data quality.
  • Support SPM process design, data readiness, testing, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and benefits tracking.
  • Improve PMO tools and processes for project tracking, portfolio reporting, governance, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Support critical enterprise projects and help project managers resolve complex delivery issues.
  • Mentor project managers and promote collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Support portfolio prioritization, demand management, resource and capacity planning, benefits tracking, and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain executive dashboards and comprehensive project and portfolio documentation.
  • Collaborate with risk, security, transformation, communications, project, vendor, and system integrator teams.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in project, programme, PMO, or related management.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Strategic Portfolio Management practices in a PMO or enterprise portfolio environment.
  • Knowledge of SPM concepts, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience using an SPM platform for planning, prioritization, governance, demand management, resource and capacity management, benefits tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience managing and completing complex projects in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience with pension or financial ERP systems.
  • End-to-end experience delivering projects and programmes, including planning, process improvement, tracking, documentation, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM implementation, configuration, or operational use is preferred.
  • Advanced university degree in business, management, economics, computer science, information systems, or a related field; a qualifying first-level degree may substitute with relevant experience.
  • Required project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
  • System design knowledge and understanding of the UN system are preferred.
  • Ability to use a personal laptop and install required company security and device-management software.

Benefits

  • 100% remote work for candidates located in LATAM.
  • One-year contract with potential extension.
  • Contract rate of $36–$41 USD per hour, based on experience and fit.
