Description

  • Manage and prioritise a central backlog across workstreams.
  • Translate requirements into actionable work packages with defined objectives, responsibilities, dependencies and next steps.
  • Own prioritised work packages and drive them through completion.
  • Track deliverables, action items, timelines and dependencies, proactively addressing delays and coordination needs.
  • Maintain documentation of progress, blockers, decisions and open points.
  • Prepare escalations, management updates, presentations and decision-making materials.
  • Coordinate workshops and stakeholder meetings, including agendas, materials and follow-up actions.
  • Support Stream Leads with cross-stream coordination.
  • Develop PMO frameworks, templates, starter packages, one-pagers, presentations and best-practice toolkits.
  • Research, document and prioritise AI, automation and Agentic PMO use cases, supporting their transition into pilots or next steps.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in PMO, project coordination or Delivery Support roles.
  • Experience managing backlogs, work packages, action items, timelines and dependencies.
  • Experience in complex transformation programmes or cross-stream project environments.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, communication, presentation and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and backlog or portfolio management.
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, management updates, one-pagers and workshop materials.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agent-based workflows or comparable AI tools.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation and Agentic PMO use cases.
  • Proactive, self-organised working style with a strong ownership mindset and ability to manage work packages independently.
  • Experience in distributed, cross-functional or multi-vendor environments; Planner, Confluence, Power BI or SharePoint experience is advantageous.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
  • Fluent English and good German skills.
