Description

  • Design and build Sales Kickoff 2027 agenda, content, reinforcement plan, and handoff materials.
  • Partner with session leaders and executives to develop speaker abstracts, outlines, and final presentation content.
  • Manage content development cycles, including deck standards, copy editing, version control, and rehearsal scheduling.
  • Develop role- and region-specific onboarding plans for new revenue hires.
  • Deliver onboarding communications, welcome kits, standing-meeting enrollment, and first-month check-ins.
  • Administer the sales methodology platform, including course assignment and MEDDPICC fundamentals.
  • Coordinate and host monthly Sales All Hands meetings and publish recordings.
  • Coordinate and host at least two Power Hours per month with cross-functional partners.
  • Curate, maintain, and expand onboarding curriculum, sales plays, seasonal programs, and Power Hour content.
  • Publish and govern enablement assets in the sales content platform with accurate metadata, tagging, and expiration control.
  • Deliver AI enablement training and distribute the weekly AI briefing.
  • Partner on engagement, onboarding, and program reporting and translate results into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales operations, or comparable program management within B2B technology.
  • Experience facilitating recurring sessions for audiences of 50+ and presenting confidently to large virtual audiences.
  • Proven ability to execute recurring commitments on schedule with minimal oversight.
  • Strong writing and process documentation skills; a writing sample will be requested.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and securing deliverables from stakeholders outside your reporting line.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tooling and ability to explain what was built and the outcome achieved.
  • Data literacy across spreadsheets, CRM reporting, and engagement analytics.
  • Project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Preferred: administration of a sales content platform such as Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
  • Preferred: learning management or sales methodology platform administration, conversation intelligence tools such as Gong, MEDDPICC or Command of the Message certification, instructional design, Salesforce reporting, video production, and familiarity with Java, developer tools, or enterprise infrastructure.
