Description

Support workforce intelligence research initiatives across construction labor markets and workforce planning systems.
Assist with labor market analysis, compensation benchmarking, and labor scarcity indicator analysis.
Contribute to workforce intelligence reports, publications, and methodology documentation.
Participate in development of workforce intelligence frameworks and operational workforce visibility tools.
Research publicly available labor market, workforce, contractor growth, and construction activity data sources.
Support workforce analytics, dashboard validation, and workforce indicator interpretation.
Help build and refine regional workforce intelligence reporting and decision-support materials.
Collaborate on applied research projects with industry operators, advisors, and other fellows.

Requirements

Interest in applied workforce research, labor market analysis, workforce analytics, and operational workforce intelligence.
Background or experience in labor economics, workforce analytics, operations research, industrial engineering, applied economics, statistics, data analytics, public policy, construction management, business analytics, urban planning, supply chain & operations, or data science.
Open to graduate students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and analytically oriented professionals.
Ability to commit approximately 3–5 hours per week.
Comfort working in a flexible, remote, project-based fellowship.
Experience researching publicly available labor market or workforce data sources is preferred.
Experience with compensation analysis, dashboard validation, or workforce reporting is preferred.
Interest in construction workforce intelligence and practical operational workforce systems rather than purely theoretical academic research.
