Description

Execute, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day operations for regional testing roadmaps.
Track timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations using project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
Create tickets and update statuses to support seamless test delivery.
Generate and distribute performance reports and ROI insights for the Experimentation Lead and stakeholders.
Maintain communication on experiment backlogs, deployment status, blockers, and regional performance variations.
Follow established Experimentation-Led Growth (ELG) methodologies, frameworks, and regional guidelines.
Partner with regional marketing, product, localization, and technical teams to configure, execute, and analyze experiments.
Operate and troubleshoot testing infrastructure and resolve regional deployment issues.
Extract and summarize raw data, anomalies, and key findings for leadership review.
Set up and launch experimentation programs using experimentation platforms, analytics suites, and CDPs for market-specific audience segmentation.

Requirements

Experience managing and delivering multiple regional initiatives on time and in scope.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including dependency tracking and risk escalation.
Experience following and refining repeatable frameworks for experimentation setup, technical delivery, and reporting.
Strong understanding of A/B testing principles.
Ability to extract, compile, and interpret raw datasets for performance reporting.
Understanding of how technical delivery and experiment data translate into business value and ROI.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise performance updates for diverse audiences.
Excellent active listening and expectation management skills for global stakeholder coordination.
Proven success coordinating with product, engineering, marketing, data science, and localization teams.
Ability to clearly explain operational processes, technical requirements, and experiment statuses.
