Description

  • Lead a complex IT migration project from the IT perspective and ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders across local and global teams.
  • Manage project governance, including status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive updates.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle to support solution implementation and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress using project management tools and maintain backlog tracking.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
  • Drive communication and stakeholder engagement to support project execution and adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional IT and business projects, ideally involving system implementations, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, local, and global teams.
  • Solid knowledge of IT project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools for backlog management, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Strong project governance and reporting skills, including risk management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience leading project meetings and workshops.
  • Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align multiple stakeholders toward common goals.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Commercial mindset with technical understanding to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, commercial systems, customer or partner management solutions, or sales/distributor engagement tools (nice to have).
  • Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with global delivery teams (nice to have).
