Description

  • Own the full implementation project, including planning, timelines, stakeholder communications, and rollout management.
  • Lead data migration by mapping, cleansing, validating, and migrating people data into BambooHR.
  • Configure BambooHR for global, multi-country operations, including org structure, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
  • Integrate BambooHR with an EOR/global payroll partner for Hong Kong and future countries.
  • Source, evaluate, implement, and configure a compensation management platform.
  • Design, build, and validate integrations across BambooHR, the compensation system, payroll/EOR, and other tools.
  • Partner with Finance, People, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to align requirements and data ownership.
  • Plan and run user acceptance testing and track issues through resolution.
  • Create training materials and documentation, and train users on BambooHR.
  • Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare, and handoff to the People team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading full-cycle HRIS implementations, including system migration and integration work.
  • Hands-on experience with HR data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and validating people data.
  • Experience configuring an HRIS for multi-country or global operations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and troubleshooting system integrations during platform migrations.
  • Strong project management skills with experience building timelines and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and running UAT and translating findings into fixes.
  • Strong training and documentation skills for non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones, including occasional overlap with Hong Kong hours.
  • BambooHR experience is a plus but not required.
